Laura sold our house (over asking) she was professional, new her stuff and guided us on what we needed to do to get it market ready. All in all it was a positive experience and we  will absolutely use her in the future!

Laura was great in both getting our house sold and helping us find a new place to call home. She was regular in contacting us with any new information and fixing any problems that came up. Hopefully we never have to move again, but if we do we'll definitely go to Laura first.

We first started using Laura as our realtor in The summer of 2019. Since the very first day working with her she was friendly, educated and completely in our corner to find us our home. We unfortunately had to drop out of the market during that time BUT started back up in the Summer of 2020. Right when the market started going nuts. She picked up right where we left off with no hesitation. And although the market became much more difficult to navigate, she knew exactly what advice to give, what options we had, and the best chances of having an offer selected. Although we lost out on the first couple homes, we eventually found the perfect one! Laura was there every step of the way with early morning or late night texts/calls never being an issue. She helped make a crazy experience less stressful and more navigational and we have become forever clients/friends. 10/10 Highly recommended :)

What is there to NOT say about Laura Morlacchetti?
Laura made the home buying process extremely fun, simple and convienient. Stress from todays buying procedures and navigating the market were non existent as Laura handled everything with ease and confidence. When it was my turn to do my part Laura walked me through all the T's that needed crossing and I's that needed dotting. Communication was superb! All calls and emails were replied to in timely fashion and in detail with a positive, welcoming, here to help attitude! There were no shortcuts when it came to obtaining full disclosure and attention to detail. Complete transparency and guidance was also on display in my dealings with Laura and her knowledgeable tactics. Laura is also an animal lover and the kindness she showed my Rosie during some of our at home meetings did not go without notice. I will be dealing with Laura Morlacchetti again and look forward to our future real estate adventures!
